Subject: Comments to the Environmental Protection Agency
Regulating Greenhouse Gas Emissions under the Clean Air Act
Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2008-0318
To the Administrator of the EPA and all concerned Americans:
We categorically oppose the enactment of the rules outlined in this
Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR). Morally, these rules are
contrary to human life itself. Politically, these rules are opposed to
the founding principles of the American republic, and to
its identity as a free nation. Scientifically, these rules
are based on the false claim that carbon dioxide, a gas vital to
life, is a pollutant. Economically these rules will
destroy free enterprise and ruin our standard of living.
We reject these proposals on the grounds of life, liberty, property,
and the pursuit of happiness, none of which will be possible under
the rule of an omnipotent EPA.
Sincerely;
